As always, Dr. Sunio and staff deliver top quality care. About six years ago I lost 72 pounds while under his care. I still haven't put it back on. The best recommendation I can make; however, is this: I moved over 3 hours away. I don’t plan on changing doctors.

I have only had 2 appointments so far with Dr. Sunio, and at both visits we discussed serious issues I was experiencing. Dr. Sunio immediately adjusted my medications and I am now experiencing significant relief. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gilbert Sunio does not deserve the honor of being called "doctor." We gladly received a letter stating that he will no longer be providing care for our mother. This comes after yet another appoint wherein he spoke over my mother, me, and her grandson, as his lack of care and follow through with repeated requests for referrals was called into question. Along with profuse unprofessionalism during his failure to provide care for our mother, Gilbert has lied about receiving requests for referrals, lied about a very serious biopsy being done, and to add insult, has never been prepared for my mother's appointments, always pausing, yelling, "Hold on, I need to read!" as he quickly scanned through charts, doing his "preparation" while leaving us waiting because he did not take the time to do his job before meeting with our mother. Due to his egregious lack of care, our mother has been repeatedly admitted to the hospital and I personally was told by Gilbert to take her to the ER if I want lab work done, treating the ER as his default approach rather than doing his job. We have found an amazing team to care for our mother and this is the only thing I can thank this incorrigible man for. Releasing our mother as his patient was the only good work he did. I pray he seeks a career in a different field because his work with people has done more harm than good.
